Calling all Mom & Baby Businesses!

Interested in being part of the very first expo event specifically directed to pregnant women and new moms on the Delmarva Peninsula?

Then you will want to join us for our second annual Eastern Shore Mom & Baby Expo!  Get a front seat with your target market at this special event.  Hosted in centrally located Salisbury, MD, this is an event you won't want to miss!  

Last year, we quickly outgrew our space, so this year we booked the conference rooms at La Quinta Inn in Salisbury to accommodate more vendors and even more participants!

Vendor opportunities at the 2018 Eastern Shore Mom & Baby Expo include:

  •  A 6’ rectangle table for your business’s set up and vendor space
  • At least one mention on our Facebook event page (with appropriate tags/links to your social media and/or website)
  • The opportunity to interact with and get in front of tons of local moms and sell products or services on the spot, distribute marketing materials, make connections, and network with other business owners
  • The opportunity to put your marketing materials in the goodie bags that each participant will receive--guaranteeing your business visibility with everyone, including the people who don't stop at your table.
  • The opportunity to host a free workshop/presentation for interested participants!
  • All of this for only $125!

We are looking to book vendors whose services can directly benefit pregnant women, new mothers, and babies.  These local women will be excitedly looking for opportunities to enhance their maternity, postpartum, and parenting experience.  Some ideas include:

  • Baby clothing, books, and accessories
  • Midwives, OBs, doulas, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, postpartum specialists
  • Pediatricians
  • Chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, massage therapists specializing in women and babies
  • Fertility Specialists
  • Maternity, Birth, and Newborn Photographers
  • Mom and/or baby specialty products
  • Baby classes (music, sign language, etc)
  • Prenatal Exercise and Yoga
  • Essential Oils
  • Meal Preparation for new or pregnant moms
  • Any other business whose services or products can directly benefit women, new mothers, and babies!

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2018

Space is limited!  Reserve your table TODAY.  While we have more space this year, we are still limited.  We can only accept 2-3 businesses per business type: first-come-first-served. After you apply, we'll contact you and if you're accepted as a vendor, we'll send you a link to register.  We will close the vendor registration on this website after our limit has been reached.  

{If your application can't be accepted due to space limitations OR if you are unable to attend the event, email us at maria@thrivebirth.org and for a small fee, your marketing materials will be placed in all of the registrant's expo bags}

Every business (if accepted) is required to donate an item or service/gift certificate to the raffle. Last year, our gifts ranged from $5-$400. The more exciting your gift, the more likely that local moms will want to come and buy tickets! **The raffle item MUST be a gift, no purchase required**
How much is your raffle item worth?
Each attendee will receive a goodie bag at the door. You may add a small item to the bag if you wish in order to guarantee your business some visibility to every attendee (including the ones who do not stop at your table). This can include a business card, rack card, brochure, educational materials, or a little pamphlet. If you choose this option, it is your responsibility to get the materials to us by April 13, 2018. (We'll provide info on where to drop them off later)
Electricity needed? Prefer a table against a wall? In the corner of the room? In the middle of the room? Etc. We'll do our very best to accommodate everyone's needs.
If you can provide your own table, we'll give a $15 discount on your registration fee. If not, we'll take care of it!
Would you like to be scheduled to present a short class, small talk, or workshop (20 minutes maximum)? This talk must be educational and provide value to the attendees. (Not just describing your products or services) Tell us a little about what you have in mind.
